Keystone Nexus began with a patient.
Sarah-Jane's father was among Australia's pioneering bone marrow transplant survivors — demonstrating what healthcare can achieve when the right care reaches the right person at the right time. That experience shaped a conviction that has guided her career ever since: access to care is infrastructure, as essential as the roads and schools we plan communities around.
She has spent more than 25 years inside the healthcare system that most of the property world only sees from the outside — across pharmaceuticals, surgical devices, diagnostics and digital health. Her record includes National Sales Champion at Allergan UK, recognition as an Outstanding Salesperson at Johnson & Johnson exceeding forecast by 24%, and membership of AstraZeneca's world number one team — followed by leadership of a $159M radiology portfolio at Lumus Imaging, delivered at 16% growth. She also built significant experience in Melbourne's premium residential property market, bringing genuine property fluency to the healthcare table.
That combination — healthcare operator reality on one side, property fluency on the other — is the perspective rarely represented at the property table, and the foundation on which Keystone Nexus is built.
